Hello and welcome. I’m Dr. Michelle Bailey, physician executive, certified coach, and founder of Physician Careers Reimagined.
After 20+ years in medicine, I transitioned from a busy pediatric practice into a Medical Director role with a global contract research organization, specializing in pediatric and rare disease clinical trials.
I’ve since been promoted twice as a result of successfully leveraging my clinical expertise and now serve as an Executive Medical Director.
I also built a thriving coaching practice helping physicians explore nonclinical careers.
